TERMS OF SERVICE - NuvoRaStyle

By accessing and placing an order with NuvoRaStyle, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. PRODUCTS
All products are sourced from third-party suppliers via CJDropshipping. Colors, sizes, and materials may vary slightly due to manufacturing.

2. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are in PKR/USD and include applicable taxes. Payment must be completed before order processing.

3. SHIPPING
Orders ship from our partner warehouse in China. Estimated delivery: 12-20 business days. We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS  
Due to the nature of dropshipping, we accept returns only for defective or wrong items within 7 days of delivery. Customer must provide photo/video proof. Return shipping to China is at customer cost.

5. LIABILITY
NuvoRaStyle is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or delays caused by courier/customs.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, logos, and images on NuvoRaStyle are our property. Do not copy without permission.
